Pawana Shrestha brings over 2.5 decades of leadership experience across airlines, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), hospitality, and the travel and tours industry, including extensive experience in travel consolidation and strategic partnerships.

Throughout her career, she has held multiple leadership roles with a strong track record in relationship building, business development and cross-sector collaboration. At VAAV, she brings this experience to strengthening global strategic partnerships, marketing and organizational outreach.

Beyond her professional work, Pawana is actively engaged in social and community initiatives and serves on the boards of two NGOs. She is passionate about sustainability and believes in using the experience, relationships and resources gained throughout her career to contribute meaningfully to communities.

Her combination of industry leadership, strategic networks and social engagement supports VAAV’s vision of expanding social-emotional wellbeing initiatives in Nepal and beyond.
