Chandni Ghimire is a psychologist, certified counselor, and cognitive behavior therapist skilled in creating individualized, client-centered interventions. Her journey from school dropout to therapist, marked by resilience and determination, fuels her empathy and commitment to empowering clients. She values balance in life, enjoying coffee and staying active.

Prashant Shrestha

Prashant Shrestha brings a rich blend of storytelling and social psychology to his work in counseling and communication. With a decade of corporate experience behind him, he has delved into self-exploration practices, managing fasting retreats at TIFA (The Institute of Aliveness) and serving as client manager in hypnotherapy with Dr. Valerie Ane Cyr at Brain New Therapy. Currently pursuing postgraduate studies in counseling psychology, Prashant thrives on connecting with diverse people, seeing each conversation as a journey toward growth and insight.
